Steps to cancel City Fitness
Step 1 – Check your contract for any minimum term period
If you’re cancelling before your minimum term period is over, you’ll have to pay for the rest of the months or $200 – whichever one is less. All cancellations also require 4-weeks notice unless for medical reasons.

You should get an email back confirming your cancellation request. Make sure to check our bank statements as well for any unwanted charges.
How else can you cancel
If you want to speed up the process, you can head straight down your the local gym you visit and speak to one of the customer representatives there to process your cancellation.
