Despite the competitive nature of the UK’s fitness industry, Xercise4less has successfully established itself as one of the largest gym providers in the country. Thousands of people use their facilities every day, although not all are pleased with the service they’re receiving. If that sounds like you, keep reading and you’ll learn how to cancel your Xercise4less membership.

Steps to cancel your Xercise4less membership

Step 1 – Visit one of two links depending on whether your paying via direct debit or monthly payments on your card

If you signed up via direct debit payments, visit this link – https://harlands-cloud.co.uk/xercisecancel/. Otherwise, if you’re paying monthly via a card, visit this link – https://manage.xercise4less.co.uk/membership/cancel.

Step 2 – Make note of your membership account details such as reference number, email, and name

The cancellation form requires you to fill out all the details of your membership before they can process the cancellation.

Step 3 – Submit your cancellation request to their support team

According to their membership terms, you need to give Xercise4less 30 days cancellation notice, before your membership is fully closed.

Step 4 – Confirm your account has been cancelled by checking your account on the next billing date

Once the 30 days is up, check the method of payment you were using to make sure they haven’t deducted any more money.

Are there any other ways to cancel Xercise4less

If you’d rather get it done in person instead of messing about online, you can simply head down to your local gym during staffed hours and speak with a manager. They should be able to cancel your membership as well (give them a call beforehand to make sure).

Similarly, if you use the Xercise4less app, you can log in to your membership account and give your 30 days cancellation notice as well.

Lastly, if you’d just like a few more questions answered before you go through with cancelling, send one of their support staff a message on social media (links below).

Why do people stop going to their gym

Xercise4less has quickly grown into one of the UK’s most recognisable gym brands. Their strong social media presence, marketing, and vibrant yellow and black branding have definitely helped them get where they are today. As well as some big investments along the way. Yes, despite some of their fantastic ratings from members, thousands have already chosen to cancel their Xercise4less membership and move. But why?

Arguably the most cited reason for cancelling, and likely the only one out of Xercise4less’s control, is that you move too far away for it to be convenient anymore. Nobody likes to travel far to reach the gym. Nobody. And so, sometimes life decisions are more important than going to the same gym, so the member cancels and signs up to a gym closer by.

Another reason many choose to cancel is they simply don’t use their membership anymore. Whether they found a new sport, achieved their fitness goals, or simply don’t have time for the gym if your busy life, there’s no point paying for something your not using. And so, they cancel Xercise4less and save that money for better things. This is a very popular reason why people cancel PureGym as well.

Talk with staff

A little bit unsure whether you’re fully set on cancelling your membership? Why not send your questions to the support staff at Xercisel4ess to see if they can help you make a decision. Social media is great for this sort of thing:

If you’re thinking about joining another gym, why not give Everyone Active a try. And you’ll be pleased to know, it’s also quite easy to cancel Everyone Active if they end up in the same boat as Xercise4less for you.

Hi! I'm Carly - I've been helping people cancel their services for many years now after I was stung by one of the largest organizations in the world over and over. I spent weeks trying to cancel but they always gave me the runaround. And so, I created MyCancel to help you cancel whatever it is you're trying to cancel and quickly as possible. If you have a question - feel free to send me an email!
